Mice C57BL/6 were given ferric citrate intragavage for 16 weeks to induced Parkinson disease. Dimercaprol were injected intraperitoneally for 4 weeks post iron overload. The goal is to investigate the role of chemicaly synthesized drug dimercaprol in iron overload Parkinson disease mice colon.
