Oikopleura dioica?is a larvacean urochordate that has arisen as an emerging model due to its specific characteristics. Through single cell analysis, we have mapped the different cell populations that are present during its development, and instruct the formation of lineage-specific structures. Overall design: O. dioica individuals (embryos and larvae) were dissociated at 10 time-points. Cells were isolated and analyzed using scRNA-seq recommendations from 10xGenomics
