Transcriptomic dissection of an appendicularian larva at single cell resolution

Oikopleura dioica?is a larvacean urochordate that has arisen as an emerging model due to its specific characteristics. Through single cell analysis, we have mapped the different cell populations that are present during its development, and instruct the formation of lineage-specific structures.
