资源简介:
This was a prospective, single center and randomized clinical trial conducted in a tertiary teaching hospital (Shaoxing People’s Hospital, Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China). The protocol was censored and approved by Ethics Committee of Shaoxing people's Hospital on Sept 10, 2019 (No:2019-K-Y-010-02) and registered on Chinese Clinical Trial Registry Center at https://www.chictr.org.cn/ on Aug. 10, 2021 with registered number: ChiCTR2100049843. In our current study, we recruited 166 patients who suffered abdominal malignant tumor like gastric cancer or colorectal cancer necessitating radical gastrectomy or curative eradication of colorectal cancer. We investigate whether regulating blood pressure individually with norepinephrine reduces acute kidney injury (AKI) in elderly patients having major abdominal surgery. The fluid retention was also evaluated.
