Open EOR Dataset (2026): Provider Pricing + Global Statutory Employer Cost
收藏资源简介:
Two openly licensed (CC BY 4.0) datasets from BestEOR.co for cross-border hiring research. This is a dated snapshot of the live catalog, with per-record citations and confidence flags. Provider pricing and terms: 93 employer-of-record and global-payroll providers; 56 publish a starting monthly price, the other 37 are quote-only (null, never zero). Median published fee: USD 349 per employee per month. Country employment: 139 countries with employer contribution details, minimum wage, annual leave, 15 additional employment terms and macro context. Null is not zero. Changes since the 2026-10-31c version: every provider's published price was re-read at its source on 2026-11-04 and none changed. One column was added to the provider files. No provider was added or removed. Prices re-verified: price_verified_on is 2026-11-04 on all 93 provider rows (it was 2026-10-25 on most rows), and the providers file summary reports prices_last_verified 2026-11-04. All 56 published prices and the median (USD 349) are unchanged. New column: founded_source_url in eor-providers.csv and eor-providers.json holds the page that states the provider's founding year (62 of 93 rows; blank where no source states it). The data dictionary documents it. Provider corrections: founded_year corrected for 5 providers; the price wording for 2 providers was clarified (a starting-price qualifier and the currency each price applies to), with no change to either price. Country corrections: 18 of 139 country records changed, 27 fields in all: employer-cost notes and details, the headline employer percentage for Mexico (30 to 27) and Brazil (37 to 36), the Pakistan cost source and confidence, the Argentina minimum wage (Nov 2026), and updated source links and dates for Kenya and the Netherlands. The cited data point count in README.md moved from 5,269 to 5,270. The four data files are copied from the live public exports and validated for matching row counts, unique identifiers, citations, allowed status values, numeric types and CSV/JSON agreement. manifest.json records the fetch time and SHA-256 checksums of the data files, and SHA256SUMS.txt lists the SHA-256 checksum of every other file.
