Mops condylurus Transcriptome or Gene expression

Recent studies have implicated specific microbats species could be potential reservoir hosts for Ebola viruses, one of these being the Angolan free-tailed bat Mops condylurus. In this study, we present the transcriptome of an individual microbat to facilitate further study into the immunological processes and mechanisms contributing to its ability to behave as a reservoir host.
