Gain Dynamics has developed the first Socio-Demographic classification of the entire Mexican consumers territory that can provide additional information to its customer database.

The 57 thousand AGEB's (geographical units) of the national territory, for which Gain Dynamics has complete socio-demographic data, have been grouped into 23 types (segments). Each type offers a homogeneous and highly descriptive characterization of mexican consumers.

A customer's postal address is translated into a "Type" of the Gain Dynamics Typology by the following process: 1) Normalization of the address, 2) Geo-coding with coordinate assignment, 3) AGEB assignment => "Type"

Each "Type" is broadly described by numerical statistics of the type-characterizing variables. In addition, a qualitative description is offered by professional sociologists based on objective data and their expert knowledge.
