Code, derived data and run-level results for a study of risk-averse maximal covering of wildfire initial-attack staging sites in Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea, with a known-truth synthetic experiment and a computational benchmark of an exact envelope branch-and-cut for the mean-CVaR covering problem. Raw public inputs (Korea Forest Service, Ministry of the Interior and Safety, National Fire Agency) are included with SHA-256 checksums.
