Survey Dataset of Agricultural Products Processing Enterprises of Bengbu City, Anhui Province, 2023

A questionnaire survey will be conducted in April 2024, using a combination of proportional probability sampling and random sampling to select samples from 299 leading enterprises at or above the city level. The survey questionnaire will be filled out both online and offline. The survey covers 7 counties (districts) in Bengbu City. Firstly, based on the proportion of enterprises in each county (district), 30 enterprises will be selected through proportional sampling in each county (district); Secondly, based on the proportion of processing types in each type of enterprise, 30 enterprises will be selected through proportional sampling; Thirdly, a simple random sampling method was used to select 30 enterprises. In 2024, a total of 90 companies were surveyed and 90 questionnaires were collected, of which 84 were valid, covering basic information and operational indicators of the companies.
