RNA extracted from female W1118 Drosophila melanogaster flies in pools of 3-5 individuals.All females were mated and Wolbachia free.Flies were uninfected or persistently infected (fecal-oral route) with Drosophila A virus, Drosophila C virus, Bloomfield virus, or Nora virus.RNA-seq libraries were prepared from 15 ng of pooled RNA using an NEBNext Ultra II RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina, with NEBNext Multiplex Oligos for Illumina. All sequencing was performed on an Illumina NextSeq 500 instrument using a NextSeq 500/550 High Output Kit v2.5.
