Contains an excel file with the pipeline needed to create the Thermal Death Time curves and extrapolate the CTmax values. The pipeline is separated in 7 steps. Step1 contains the observed data (time in minutes and percentage (%) of incapacitated individuals). Step 2 contains the log10 transformed data of step 1. Step 3 represents the fitting of linear regressions to the data of step 2. Step 4 contains the estimation of time needed for LT50 from the regressions presented in step 3. In Step 5 we plotted the time needed for LT50 (in logarithmic scale) against the experimental temperature to create the TDT curves for each clone separately. In step 6 we estimated the CTmax and the z value from the intercept and slope of the TDT curves. In step 7 we used the estimated values in step 6 to create the thermal tolerance landscape.
