Datasets and StreamFind scripts for qualification and quantification of monoclonal antibodies by size exclusion chromatography coupled to capillary-enhanced Raman spectroscopy

The zip file contains datasets for the qualification and quantification of monoclonal antibodies using size exclusion chromatography coupled with capillary-enhanced Raman spectroscopy. For the qualification process, three products are present (Avastin, Darzalex and Rixathon). Zirabev is used for quantification and has a ramp (i.e. 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 and 16 µL), with start concentrations of 25 mg/mL for bevacizumab and 85 mg/mL for sucrose. The datasets are in SIF format. Additionally, Quarto scripts are provided with StreamFind (https://github.com/odea-project/StreamFind) workflows for quality evaluation and quantification. The experimental setup and the principle of SEC-CERS have recently been described by Thissen et al. (10.1021/acs.analchem.3c03991).
