This series was created to capture meeting minutes of the Prospect Electricity Board. Prospect Electricity was the state owned corporation owned by the Government of NSW that was responsible for retailing electricity to consumers in the Greater Western Sydney region between 1991 and 1996. It was founded in 1957 as the Prospect County Council. On 1 March 1996 Prospect Electricity was merged with Illawarra Electricity to form Integral Energy in preparation for the National Electricity Market and electricity deregulation
