Transcriptome analysis of spleen samples from wild-type and IGFBP7 knockout C57BL/6 mice

This dataset presents transcriptome sequencing data from spleen samples of C57BL/6 mice, including three wild-type (WT) and three IGFBP7 knockout (KO) mice. The study aimed to explore the gene expression profiles and the potential impact of IGFBP7 deletion on spleen function. Total RNA was extracted using TRIzol reagent and was subjected to quality control for purity and integrity. Poly(A) mRNA was captured and fragmented, followed by cDNA synthesis. The libraries were constructed with strand-specificity and sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform, generating paired-end 150 bp reads. This dataset provides valuable insights into the role of IGFBP7 in the spleen's transcriptome landscape, which may contribute to our understanding of its function in immune regulation.
