Data underlying PhD thesis chapter: Perspective on lab evolution of synthetic cells

Data underlying Chapter 6 of the PhD thesis of Marijn van den Brink with the title: "Laboratory evolution of synthetic cells".<br>This dataset contains data collected during experiments as part of Marijn van den Brink's PhD project. The data was collected in 2024-2026.<br>The data include data from nanopore sequencing, agarose gel electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, quantitative PCR and imaging flow cytometry. All data processing and analysis steps are described in detail in the Methods section of the chapter.<br>The data are grouped in folders based on the data type and the figure number in the chapter.
