Re-igniting Mars' Magnetosphere By Culling In Pluto in an Eccentric Orbit

This paper is one of a series of papers that is meant to galvanize the interests of prospective future scientists through use of theory and a healthy imagination to extrapolate what is currently thought of as possible in engineering terms. This paper in particular pertains to re-igniting Mars' magnetosphere by warming up its core. It's core is warmed up by placing Pluto into orbit around it.
