CellBarcode package paper dataset

VDJ_mammary_gland_meghan_UMI.zip: This file contains the VDJ barcode sequencing dataset from a mammary gland sample, including both UMI and non-UMI protocols. The technical replicates are labeled as "rep1" and "rep2", while the UMI and non-UMI protocols are indicated by "UMI" or "non-UMI". gRNA_sequencing_data.zip: This file includes gRNA sequencing data from two samples, one labeled as "long_time_culture" and the other as "short_time_culture". lentivirus_barcode_data.zip: This dataset is derived from doi:10.5281/zenodo.5645045 and represents a subset used in this study. It also contains the reference barcode list.
