RNA-sequencing analysis of control and CTTN-overexpressed SKBR3 cell lines. CTTN (also known as EMS1), an actin-binding protein, is highly amplified in several human cancers, including breast carcinomas. Results provide insight into the transcriptional regulation of CTTN in breast cancer. Overall design: SKBR3 cells were stably infected with lentiviruses encoding either control(pLVX vector) or CTTN cDNA (pLVX-CTTN) and selected using puromycin. Total RNA was isolated from control- and CTTN-overexpressed SKBR3 stable cells using Trizol reagent. For each of the 2 conditions, 3 biological replicates were included
