Epigenetic and transcriptional profiling of secondary hair follicle stem cells during cashmere growth

Transcriptome sequencing was performed on secondary hair follicle stem cells (SHFSCs) collected in parallel with the ChIP-seq samples, which were isolated and cultured from the dorsal skin of cashmere goat during the early anagen (April) and mid anagen (October) phases. RNA sequencing was conducted on cells from both phases, with two biological replicates per phase (male or female samples).
