Supplementary data and R source code for: Integrative transcriptomic and network analysis of shared osteo-immune regulatory programs in postmenopausal osteoporosis and osteosarcoma within a Mexican population

This deposit contains the processed supplementary data and R source code used to support the integrative transcriptomic and network analyses comparing postmenopausal osteoporosis and osteosarcoma. Processed expression matrices, differential expression outputs, module-filtered gene sets, shared pathway-associated gene lists, and R scripts are provided. Individual-level clinical data and raw RNA-seq files are not publicly available due to ethical and privacy restrictions involving human clinical data and archived tissue specimens.
