Transcriptome of naive CD4 T cells isolated from mouse spleens using a STEMCELL isolation kit

Naive CD4 T cells were isolated from mouse spleens using a STEMCELL isolation kit. The cells were then polarized in RPMI medium supplemented with CD3/CD28 antibodies, with or without recombinant IL17A. Following 3 days of polarization culture, the cells were harvested, cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen, and submitted to a commercial service for RNA extraction.
