Dataset Metagenomic analysis of Kuwaiti soils

The metagenomic analysis of three types of Kuwaiti soils using high throughput amplicon sequencing (HTS) techniques. The aim of the project was to determine whether the bacterial population diversity in the three soils was reflected in the diversity of a key functional gene crucial to the biodegradation of hydrocarbons present in soils.
