This study employed single-cell RNA sequencing to profile the cellular landscape of lung tissues in a bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis mouse model. The goal was to investigate the cellular heterogeneity and molecular mechanisms underlying disease pathogenesis. Lung tissues from bleomycin-treated and control mice were processed to generate single-cell transcriptomes. The raw sequencing data provided here can be used to explore dynamic changes in cell composition and gene expression driving fibrosis development.
