The invention relates to an improved molded coarse particle product for use as housewares， furniture and architectural components comprising coarse particles of random irregular sizes admixed and bonded together with an adhesive binder and cold pressed into a mold such that said particles retain their original shapes， forms and other characteristics; the surface texture of said product having the natural and original characteristics of said particles such that said texture looks as natural as said particles when viewed collectively together in plurality， and the quality and degree of roughness， surface profile， contours and appearance thereof being defined by the natural features of said particles; characterized in that said mold is a pre-formed carcass that forms an integral component and substrate layer of said product.
