The function of the Deposits Register was to record deposits received from licensees and lessees. The reason why it has been retained is that it contains information about licensees and lessees outside of the date range of the Registers of Licences and Leases. It includes the date of the transaction, the depositor's name and the amount. Bank guarantees are recorded in a separate section at the back of the volume.
