The correlation between pulmonary parameters and QRISK suggests a potential link between cardiovascular health and lung function. Individuals with higher cardiovascular risks may also experience changes in lung function. Lifestyle factors, genetic predisposition, and metabolic conditions could underlie this correlation. Lung parameters might directly impact cardiovascular health, and vice versa. Considering lung condition during cardiovascular risk assessment can enhance patient care and risk management.
