RNA-seq data of the cloned mouse blastocysts.

This dataset was generated from a long-term serial cloning experiment in mice conducted over 20 years, in which new cloned individuals were produced from mice born by somatic cell nuclear transfer. It includes RNA-seq data from blastocysts of the 51st generation of somatic cell cloned mice, as well as control datasets consisting of ordinary blastocysts obtained by intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and RNA-seq data from the first generation of somatic cell cloned mice.
