Data for: Pathological role of soluble fibrinogen-like protein 2 in eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (qPCR data, figure legends and methods)

This dataset supports the study entitled “Pathological role of soluble fibrinogen-like protein 2 in eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps”. The dataset includes: 1. Sample information: clinical characteristics and grouping of study subjects, including eosinophilic CRSwNP and control groups.2. Experimental methods: detailed protocols for sample collection, RNA extraction, and quantitative PCR (qPCR) analysis.3. qPCR data: processed quantitative PCR results used for figure generation in the manuscript, including normalized expression levels.4. Figure legends: descriptions corresponding to the main figures presented in the article. The processed qPCR data were used to generate the figures presented in the main text. All data files are organized and annotated to facilitate interpretation and reproducibility of the reported findings.
