National Marine Fisheries Service Endangered Species Act Section 7 Biological Opinion on the 2018 Virgin Islands Water Quality Standards. The action agency for the consultation is the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 2 who approves water quality standards under Section 303(c) of the Clean Water Act as they relate to the protection of water quality, aquatic life, and wildlife uses as set forth in the U.S. Virgin Islands Code of Regulations, Title 12 Chapter 7 put forward by the Virgin Islands Department f Planning and Natural Resources.
