To run the model, the following steps have to be carried out: Generate sample with universal parameters<br> Execute define_and_draw_parametersample.r from the main folder. Run the model for the four sites:<br> Execute execute_model.r from /MA167, /MA168, /MA437, and /MA438.<br> Results will be written to /results.
