Supplementary R Codes and Datasets for 'Synergistic AHAS Substitutions Confer Broad Cross-Resistance in Rapeseed' (Guo et al., 2026)

This repository provides the R codes (***.r) and the corresponding input datasets, which are utilized for the plot of resistance identification, physiological parameters measurement, agronomic traits evaluation, crude AHAS activity assay, purified AHAS activity assay and binding affinity in molecular docking. This material serves as a supplement to the paper "Synergistic AHAS substitutions confer broad cross-resistance in rapeseed" in Nature Plants, by Guo et al., 2026.
