资源简介:
Bacterial wilt caused by plant pathogenic Ralstonia spp. is one of the most important diseases affecting the production of many important crops worldwide. Soil organic matter, especially sugars in root exudates, has a vital impact on the composition and activity of soil microorganisms. In order to clarify the important effect of monosaccharides in root exudates on the growth and pathogenicity of Ralstonia solanacearum on plants, we performed the isolation of Ralstonia solanacearum from the tobacco wilt tissue and the transcriptome sequencing of the isolated strain under the condition of adding some monosaccharides into the medium. Ralstonia solanacearum WXQ_10 was isolated from the bacterial wilt stem of the tobacco plant as a plant pathogen in Shandong Province, China.
