Exome sequencing data from 16 patients with SARS-CoV-2-associated Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome (MIS-C)

Exome sequencing data from 16 patients with SARS-CoV-2-associated Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome (MIS-C).Patients were sampled South east of Brazil (Rio de Janeiro state).Moreover, this cohort includes clinically symptomatic children for SARS-CoV-2-associated MIS-C. We performed a selection of rare variants and prediction of HLA alleles to understand the genetic association with the development of MIS-C.
