Expression data from CD43- B220+ splenocytic B cells of WT and Cd37-/- C57BL/6J mice.

CD37 is a tetraspanin with important functions in the immune system. Here we have isolated RNA from murine splenocytic B cells of WT and CD37 KO mice to check for differences in gene expression. These data are used to obtain genes that are differentially expressed in response to loss of CD37. 6 Total samples were analyzed. We generated the following pairwise comparisons WT1>CD37KO1; WT1>CD37KO2; WT1>CD37KO3; WT2>CD37KO1; WT2>CD37KO2; WT2>CD37KO3; WT3>CD37KO1; WT3>CD37KO2; WT3>CD37KO3.
