<br><br>All data included the plant diversity, bacterial diversity, fungal diversity, soil chemistry, plant community composition, bacterial OTUs and fungal OTUs.The sheet of “plant diversity” included the data of Shannon diversity index and Bray-Curtis similarity of plant community. The sheet of “fungal diversity” included the data of Shannon diversity index and Bray-Curtis dissimilarity of fungal community. The sheet of “bacterial diversity” included the data of Shannon diversity index and Bray-Curtis dissimilarity of bacterial community. The sheet of “soil chemistry” included the data of soil pH and the concentrations of soil inorganic nitrogen, available phosphorus, metal ion, basic cation, total carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus.
