RNA-Seq study of migratory bird under two seasonal states

We report the mRNA found in hypothalamus and liver tissue of a migratory bird. The aim of this study was to study how the mRNA makeup of tissue varies under different seasonal states. Overall design: Study of total mRNA from hypothalamus and liver under two different seasonal states (short day and long day), using 454 pryrosequencing.
