Dataset for the clostyper software

Clostyper is a Snakemake-based tool designed to automate the analysis process of Clostridial genomes in a highly customizable manner, tailoring tasks to clinically relevant species. Detailed information about Clostyper, including its development rationale, available analyses, installation guidelines and usage instructions is provided: https://gitlab.com/FLI_Bioinfo/clostyper. This repository contains several Illumina FASTQ files and a reference genome which can be used to check whether Clostyper has been successfully installed and configured.
