We intend to determine the variation between zebrafish wild-isolates and most commonly used lab strains plus outgroups through XTen sequencing and subsequent variation analysis. The study is aimed at supporting the community using the individual strains, as well as detecting variation and identifying phylogenetic relationships that are currently unclear. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
