Targeting Histone Demethylase LSD1 for Treatment of Deficits in Autism Mouse Models [ChIP-seq]

We performed chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIPseq) to profile genome-wide occupancy of H3K4me2 in PFC from WT mice and Shank3 +/?C Tau mice. Overall design: Examination of the transcriptional changes of target genes related to the alteration of H3K4me2 from isolated nuclei of 6-week-old Shank3 +/?C and 6-week-old control (C57BL/6 x C3H) mice from PFC tissue were compared.
