Transcriptome or Gene expression of buffalo's peripheral blood lymphocytes (pBLs).. Bubalus bubalis

Water buffalo is one important class of economic animals in tropical agricultual countries or regions. Infection with Fasciola gigantica is capable of affecting milk production and meat quality of buffalo, even leads to buffalo death. In animal's serum, peripheral blood lymphocytes (pBLs) play crucial roles in the defense of early stage's F. gigantica through producing various immune responses. In this study, we sequenced the buffalo's peripheral blood lymphocytes (pBLs) using RNA-seq technique on 3, 42 and 70 days post-infection, with three biological replicates in each infeceted or uninfected group.
