资源简介:
Orthomosaic and Digital Elevation Model (DEM) of Marchant's Landing derived from 1,450 mostly nadir photographs acquired with a DJI Mavic 3E RTK drone (5280 * 3956 sensor with 12.29mm focal length). Mission flown 08 November 2024, by Helen Achurch, to test workflows prior to Davis Aerodrome Project (DAP) road rehabilitation work at the plateau site. Flying altitude 43.7m, ground resolution (ground sampling distance / gsd) 1.15cm per pixel. The area captured includes a 500m * 200m promontory of mostly glacial sediments with some bedrock exposure. At the time of image capture, the area is surrounded by sea-ice with pressure ridges. There are areas of dust/soil accumulation on the sea-ice, with a particularly visible accumulation on the south-east. A prominent linear trench-like feature runs 200m from near the roadway on a bearing of ~109 degrees. It is not clear from the imagery if this a human-made trench or a fault. An access track wends ~550m, mostly on the northern side of the promontory.
