lncSLdb is a manually curated database for lncRNA subcellular localization.The current release contains subcellular location information of more than 11,000 lncRNA transcripts or genes, mainly from 3 species (human, mouse, and fruitfly). Based on the accumulated region of lncRNAs, it classifies transcripts into 3 basic localization types (nucleus, cytoplasm, and nucleus/cytoplasm).
lncSLdb是一款经人工手动整理的长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）亚细胞定位数据库。当前版本收录了逾11000条lncRNA转录本或基因的亚细胞定位信息，数据主要涵盖人类、小鼠和果蝇三个物种。该数据库依据lncRNA的定位区域，将转录本划分为三种基本定位类型：细胞核、细胞质以及细胞核/细胞质。
