Draft genome sequence of one strain of Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae

Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae is pathogenic to lilac. However, even among strains registered as P. syringae pv. syringae, disease symptoms on lilac can vary. In this project, to establish a reference strain of P. syringae pv. syringae, we performed genome sequencing on a strain isolated from lilac and obtained its draft genome sequence.
