本数据集主要面向任务书中关键技术7:矿物加工流程数据快速采集和多源数据融合技术研究。主要针对位于项目示范单位山东黄金集团三山岛金矿新立选矿厂浮选柱与浓密机,收集了用于泡沫浮选故障诊断的数据、泡沫特征分析数据、浓密机内部压力测量,以及为了完成特定技术目标而进行的对于原始数据的分析数据。 (1)浮选流程数据融合数据。主要由浮选流程精矿渣浆泵出口浓度精矿泵池液位、精二循环泵流量、3#泵池液位、中矿泵池液位、粗二底流流量、粗一底流流量、磨矿粒度、旋流器溢流浓度、旋流器溢流流量等时序数据,以及浮选泡沫图像和浓密机内部泥层图像组成。时序数据数据格式为.csv,从现场DCS采集,图像数据格式为.jpg、.bmp,从泡沫图像分析仪、浓密泥层监测图像分析系统采集,共约200MB,支撑矿物加工流程数据快速采集和多源数据融合技术研究; (2)DCS数据快速采集配置数据,主要内容为DCS对象驱动设计配置表,格式为xlsx,约195KB,是本项目专利成果《一种上位机程序处理方法、装置以及电子设备》研究过程中制作,该数据支撑DCS数据快速采集实现。 (3)浓密机压力快速采集数据,主要内容为探入浓密机压力传感器时序数据,由项目开发的浓密机压力监控系统写入DCS实现,数据格式为csv,约110MB,该数据可支撑对浓密机内部压力快速采集实现。

This dataset is primarily targeted at Key Technology 7 in the project task: Research on Rapid Data Acquisition and Multi-source Data Fusion Technology for Mineral Processing Flowsheets. It focuses on the flotation columns and thickeners located at Xinli Concentrator of Sanshandao Gold Mine, Shandong Gold Group, which is the project's demonstration unit. Collected data include data for froth flotation fault diagnosis, froth feature analysis, thickener internal pressure measurement, as well as analyzed raw data developed to achieve specific technical objectives. (1) Flotation Process Data Fusion Data This dataset mainly consists of time-series data including the outlet concentration of the flotation process concentrate slurry pump, the liquid level of the concentrate pump sump, the flow rate of the secondary circulating pump, the liquid level of sump No.3, the liquid level of the middling pump sump, the underflow flow rate of the second roughing stage, the underflow flow rate of the first roughing stage, the grinding particle size, the overflow concentration of the hydrocyclone, and the overflow flow rate of the hydrocyclone, as well as flotation foam images and thickener internal mud layer images. The time-series data is stored in .csv format and collected from the on-site DCS (Distributed Control System); the image data is in .jpg and .bmp formats, collected from the foam image analyzer and the thickened mud layer monitoring image analysis system, with a total size of approximately 200 MB. This dataset supports the research on rapid data acquisition and multi-source data fusion technology for mineral processing flowsheets. (2) DCS Data Rapid Acquisition Configuration Data This dataset mainly contains the DCS object-driven design configuration table, which is stored in .xlsx format with a size of about 195 KB. It was developed during the research of the project's patent achievement "An Upper Computer Program Processing Method, Device and Electronic Equipment", and supports the realization of rapid DCS data acquisition. (3) Thickener Pressure Rapid Acquisition Data This dataset mainly includes time-series data from pressure sensors inserted into the thickener, which is written into the DCS via the thickener pressure monitoring system developed by the project. The data is stored in .csv format with a size of approximately 110 MB, and supports the realization of rapid internal pressure acquisition for thickeners.
