This experiment is designed to evaluate gene expression alteration and significant pathway(s) following HRasV12 transduction in BEAS-2B the immortalized human bronchial epithelial cell line, which causes senescence-like phenotype. Total RNA were extracted from BEAS-2B cells stably transduced with HRasV12 or vector control and subjected to whole transcripts microarray (Agilent_HUMAN_G3V2) analysis. Expression profiling of coding RNA is provided.
