Datasets to "Geography, climate and shifts in host plants distribution explain the genomic variation in the cactus moth"

The ten zipped folders contains input and output data used in this study, they are: 01) zip folder contains three datasets: A) a variant call file obtained after IPYRAD assembly B) a variant call file obtained after filtering steps and C) a genepop file used for genetic diversity estimation. 02) This dataset consist in 8 folders each one with inputs files and the SFS to demographic estimation using Fastsimcoal. 03) The folder contains occurrence points (latitude and longitude) of the cactus moth C. cactorum and five of its host plant species, Opuntia megapotamica, O. anacantha, O. quimilo, O. elata and O. rioplatense. 03a) The folder contains the raster files obtained with ecological niche modelling (ENM) of the cactus moth C. cactorum for present time (current) and Last Glacial Maximum (LGM) under the CCSM4 general atmospheric circulation model. 03b) The folder contains the raster files obtained with ecological niche modelling (ENM) of five host plants of the moth C. cactorum for present time (current) and Last Glacial Maximum (LGM) under the CCSM4 general atmospheric circulation model. 04) The dataset contains the pairwise genetic distance matrices of C. cactorum sampling sites based on nuclear (ddRAD) and mitochondrial (mtDNA) genetic data. 05a) This file contains a distance matrix using weighted topographic distances (WTopDis) of 28 sampling sites used in isolation by distance (IBD) analysis. 05b) This file contains a distance matrix using 15 bioclimatic variables of CHELSA (EnvDis) for 28 sampling sites used in isolation by environmental (IBE) analysis. 05c) The zip folder contains six isolation by resistance escenarios derived from current and LGM projections of ENMs as well as a Null model of flat landscape. Each scenario includes the input files to Circuitscape analysis. 06) The folder contains three climatic/habitat stability models resulting from ENMs for current and LGM projections.<br>
