LCOE持续下降是维持风电行业高速发展,健康有序地支撑双碳目标达成的关键。当前主流的双馈技术路线和永磁直驱路线在经过多年的技术迭代后,在目前的大叶轮、大容量、高塔架时代,遭遇可靠性、成本、效率等瓶颈问题。为此,亟需突破以中速永磁为特征的下一代低成本、高效、高可靠大型风电机组技术。本项目的目标是研究丘陵和山地等复杂地形及特殊气候环境下的高效率高可靠风电机组优化设计方法,完成大功率中速永磁风电机组及核心部件的研制、试验验证及示范应用。大功率新型中速永磁风电机组设计参数数据集内容对应指标2.1:确定大功率新型中速永磁风电机组(低温运行-30℃),完成一套叶片:(1)额定容量≥8.2MW;(2)叶轮直径≥175m;(3)单支叶片重量≤31t;(4)静态风能利用系数≥0.48;主要包括认证证书、叶片铭牌照片及出厂检验报告、大功率中速永磁风电机组整机设计仿真模型文件,以及相关的专题技术报告、测试报告。实际数据量为337kB。

The continuous decline of Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) is a key factor in sustaining the high-speed development of the wind power industry and supporting the healthy and orderly achievement of the Dual Carbon Goals. After years of technological iteration, the current mainstream technical routes based on doubly-fed induction generators (DFIG) and permanent magnet direct-drive (PMDD) wind turbines have encountered bottlenecks in reliability, cost, efficiency and other aspects amid the current era of large rotors, high power capacity and tall towers. Therefore, there is an urgent need to break through the next-generation large-scale wind turbine technology characterized by medium-speed permanent magnet (MSPM), which features low cost, high efficiency and high reliability. The objective of this project is to research the optimal design methodology for high-efficiency and high-reliability wind turbines under complex terrains such as hills and mountains and special climatic environments, and complete the development, test verification and demonstration application of high-power medium-speed permanent magnet wind turbines and their core components. The content of the design parameter dataset for high-power new medium-speed permanent magnet wind turbines corresponds to Index 2.1: For the confirmed high-power new medium-speed permanent magnet wind turbines (capable of operating at -30℃), a complete set of blades shall meet the following criteria: (1) Rated capacity ≥ 8.2 MW; (2) Rotor diameter ≥ 175 m; (3) Single-blade weight ≤ 31 t; (4) Static wind energy utilization coefficient ≥ 0.48. The dataset mainly includes certification certificates, photos of blade nameplates, factory inspection reports, design and simulation model files of the full machine of high-power medium-speed permanent magnet wind turbines, as well as relevant special technical reports and test reports. The actual data volume of this dataset is 337 kB.
