Design description:Col-0 means Control line, che-2 means mutant line. They are two lines of Arabidopsis thaliana. DC3000 means Arabidopsis leaves were infiltrated with Pst DC3000, H10 means Arabidopsis leaves were infiltrated with Pst DC3000-HaRxL10 . Arabidopsis thaliana were separated to 4 groups including DC3000 in Col-0, H10 in Col-0, DC3000 in che-2, H10 in che-2. Leave samples were taken every 4 hours for 2 days. Each group has 12 sampling timepoints. 0hpi, 4hpi, 8hpi, 12hpi, 16hpi, 20hpi, 24hpi, 28hpi, 32hpi, 36hpi, 40hpi, 44hpi mean 0 hours post infiltration, 4 hours post infiltration, 8 hours post infiltration, 12 hours post infiltration, 16 hours post infiltration, 20 hours post infiltration, 24 hours post infiltration, 28 hours post infiltration, 32 hours post infiltration, 36 hours post infiltration, 40 hours post infiltration, 44 hours post infiltration, respectively.Each timepoint has 3 replicates, in which -1 means replicate 1, -2 means replicate 2 and -3 mean replicate 3. For example: DC3000 in Col-0 0hpi-1 means Col-0 with Pst DC3000 treatment at 0 hours post infiltration replicate 1,H10 in che-2 4hpi-2 means che-2 with Pst DC3000-HaRxL10 treatment at 4 hours post infiltration replicate 2.Total RNA was extracted using TRIzol (Invitrogen) RNA Isolation Protocol and sent for RNA sequencing with PolyA as library selection. Illumina High Throughput Sequencing (Illumina Novaseq 6000) was used.
