CellRanger analyzed scRNAseq data

We collected whole lung tissues from mice at the age of 2 to 3 months for ScRNA-seq analysis. Equal number of single cells isolated from male and female WT (BioLegend, Cat#155831 or #155833) or CKO (BioLegend, Cat#155835 or #155837) or TKO (WT (BioLegend, Cat#155831 or #155833) mice was stained with Cell Hashing antibodies respectively, and loaded on 10X Genomics Chromium Single Cell Controller to generate barcoded single cells for construction of single cell cDNA libraries. ScRNA-seq was performed on a Hiseq 4000 with pair-end 150bp. The demultiplexing, barcoded processing, gene counting and aggregation were made using the Cell Ranger software (v4.0.0) (https://support.10xgenomics.com/single-cell-gene-expression/software/pipelines/latest/what-is-cell-ranger).
