Japanese adaptation of the EAS and the KEPS

This dataset contains materials created during the development of the Japanese version of a questionnaire assessing knowledge and attitudes toward exercise during pregnancy.
The five files include the following:
(1) Original questionnaire items and records of forward translation,
(2) Records of back-translation,
(3) Draft Japanese version,
(4) Pilot test results,
(5)(6) Japanese Version Evaluation Form.
This material was created for research developing a useful measurement tool for knowledge and attitudes about pregnancy and exercise in Japan.
All potentially identifiable personal information has been removed.
